Design a mass housing complex containing 90 flats, with different flats of 1bhk, 1.5bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk  in district East Mumbai, situated at Mulund. Certain requirements and restrictions such as- Features permissible in R.G. i.e.. Clubhouse, Substation, UG Tanks, Pump Room, Fitness center and Basement exclusively for parking and other users like AC Plant Room,  UG Tank in basement. Society office up to 12sqm. /20sqm. Parking spaces up to the extent of 25% additional required for residential and 10% for commercial etc.
