The designing process in this project was bifurcated into two parts- the first one was the designing of the main shade or roof for the structure on an area of 36*12 meter square  and the second part was designing the function below it. 

The function below the pavilion was to provide a well working citizen facilitation centre which will have proper circulation and provide hassle free service to the users.
